WEERIDE RETURNS POLICY
We have a no quibble returns policy.
We have 100% belief in our products, and if for some reason you don’t agree, just email us and we will approve the return.
The request must be made within 14 days of purchase, unless extension agreed with WeeRide, and the postage cost is the consumers.
If you return your seat and it isn’t in perfect condition and in original packaging we reserve the right to reduce your return payment by a refurb fee.
If you have a faulty product, we will collect and replace.
THE WEERIDE REFUND POLICY.
If you purchase a seat and it does not fit a bicycle with the aforementioned specifications, please return it to the point of purchase for a full refund.
We have tried the child carrier on a wide range of different bicycles. The only bicycles that this seat does not fit on are bicycles with racing (curled) handlebars.
